English translation
The Ministry shall guide trade union organizations and employers’ organizations towards the proper application of the law and the manner of making entries in the registers and financial books of each, and shall guide them towards remedying any deficiency in the data and entries recorded therein. Trade unions are prohibited from: 1 - Engaging in political, religious or sectarian matters. 2 - Investing their funds in financial or real estate speculation or other types of speculation. - Accepting gifts and bequests, except after the Ministry has been informed.

على الوزارة إرشاد المنظمات النقابية ومنظمات أصحاب الأعمال نحو التطبيق السليم
للقانون وكيفية القيد في السجلات والدفاتر المالية الخاصة بكل منها وإرشادها نحو
تدارك أي نقص في البيانات والقيود المدونة بها. ويحظر على النقابات:
١ - الاشتغال بالمسائل السياسية والدينية أو المذهبية.
٢ - توظيف أموالها في مضاربات مالية أو عقارية أو غيرها من أنواع المضاربات.
