Article 101 of Private Sector Labour Law

The organization's articles of association shall specify its objectives and the purposes for which it was established and the conditions Index of the Law 904 Home Page Private Sector Labour Law Law No. 6 of 2010 concerning Labour in the Private Sector of its membership, the rights and duties of its members, the subscriptions collected from members, the powers of the ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies, the number of members of the board of directors, the conditions of membership thereof, its term and powers, the rules relating to the budget, the procedures for amending the organization's articles of association, the procedures for its dissolution and the manner of liquidating its assets, as well as the records and books maintained by the organization and the principles of internal oversight.
