All Kuwaiti workers have the right to form among themselves trade unions that safeguard their interests, work to improve their financial and social conditions, and represent them in all matters concerning them, and employers have the right to form federations of their own for the same purposes.

وتعمل على تحسين حالتهم المالية والاجتماعية وتمثلهم في كافة الأمور الخاصة بهم،
