English translation
The right of employers to form federations and the right of workers to organize trade unions are guaranteed in accordance with the provisions of this Law. The provisions of this Part shall apply to workers in the private sector, and its provisions shall apply to workers in the government and oil sectors insofar as they do not conflict with the laws governing their affairs.

حق تكوين اتحادات لأصحاب الأعمال، وحق التنظيم النقابي للعمال مكفول وفقا
لأحكام هذا القانون، وتسري أحكام هذا الباب على العاملين في القطاع الأهلي
وتطبق أحكامه على العاملين في القطاعين الحكومي والنفطي فيما لا يتعارض مع
