Workers, employers and their organizations, when enjoying the rights set forth in this Part, shall respect all laws in force in the State, in the same manner as all organized entities, and shall conduct their activities within the limits of the objectives set forth in the organization's articles of association, without exceeding or departing from those objectives.

على العمال وأصحاب الأعمال ومنظماتهم، عند تمتعهم بالحقوق الواردة في هذا الباب،
احترام كافة القوانين السارية في الدولة شأنهم في ذلك شأن جميع الجهات المنظمة
وأن يمارسوا نشاطهم في حدود الأهداف الواردة في النظام الأساسي للمنظمة دون
