The collective labour contract must be in writing and signed by the worker, and must be presented to the general assembly of each of the workers’ and employers’ organizations or its two parties, and must be approved by its members in accordance with the provisions of the organization’s statutes.

الجمعية العمومية لكل من منظمات العمال وأصحاب الأعمال أو طرفيه، وأن يوافق
