English translation
If either party to a collective employment contract wishes not to renew it after the expiry of its term, it must notify the other party and the competent Ministry in writing at least three months Index of the Law 906 Home Page Private Sector Labour Law Law No. 6 of 2010 concerning Labour in the Private Sector before the date of expiry of the contract. If there are multiple parties to the contract, its expiry in respect of one of them shall not result in its expiry in respect of the others.

إذا رغب أحد طرفي عقد العمل الجماعي في عدم تجديده بعد انتهاء مدتـه وجـب
عليه أن يخطر الطرف الآخر والوزارة المختصة كتابة قبل ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل
من تاريخ انتهاء العقد، وإذا تعدد أطراف العقد فلا يترتب على انقضائه بالنسبة
