Article 116 of Private Sector Labour Law

A collective employment agreement shall not become effective until it has been registered with the competent Ministry and a summary thereof has been published in the Official Gazette. The competent Ministry may object to conditions it considers contrary to the law. The 2 parties shall amend the agreement within 15 days from the date of receipt of the objection; otherwise, the registration application shall be deemed never to have been made.
