English translation
The provisions of the collective employment contract shall apply to: a- Workers’ trade unions and their federations that concluded the contract or acceded to it after its conclusion. b- Employers or their federations that concluded the contract or acceded to it after its conclusion. c- Trade unions organized under the federation that concluded the contract or acceded to it after its conclusion. d- Employers that joined the federation that concluded the contract or acceded to it after its conclusion.

تسري أحكام عقد العمل الجماعي على:
أ- نقابات العمال واتحاداتهم التي أبرمت العقد أو انضمت إليه بعد إبرامه.
ب - أصحاب الأعمال أو اتحاداتهم الذين أبرموا العقد أو انضموا إليه بعد إبرامه.
ج - النقابات المنظمة للاتحاد الذي أبرم العقد أو انضم إليه بعد إبرامه.
د - أصحاب الأعمال الذين انضموا للاتحاد الذي أبرم العقد أو انضم إليه بعد
