Article 121 of Private Sector Labour Law

A collective employment contract concluded by the establishment's trade union shall apply to all workers of the establishment, even if they are not members of the trade union, without prejudice to the provision of Article (115) of this Law concerning conditions more beneficial to the worker. As for a contract concluded by a federation or trade union with a particular employer, it shall apply only to the workers of the employer concerned.
