Workers’ withdrawal from the trade union or their expulsion from it shall not affect their being subject to the provisions of the collective employment contract if the withdrawal or expulsion occurs after the date on which the trade union concluded or acceded to the contract.

انسحاب العمال من النقابة أو فصلهم منها لا يؤثر على خضوعهم لأحكام عقد
العمل الجماعي إذا كان الانسحاب أو الفصل لاحقاً على تاريخ إبرام النقابة للعقد
