Article 120 of Private Sector Labour Law

Trade unions or their federations, or employers or their associations, that are not contracting parties may accede to the collective employment contract after publication of its summary in the Official Gazette, by agreement of the two parties seeking accession, without the need for the consent of the original contracting parties. Accession shall be by an application submitted to the competent ministry and signed by both parties, and the competent ministry’s approval shall be published Index of the Law 907 Home Page Private Sector Labour Law Law No. 6 of 2010 Concerning Labour in the Private Sector of the application for accession in the Official Gazette.
