Article 124 of Private Sector Labour Law

If collective disputes arise, their two parties must resort to direct negotiation between the employer or his representative and the workers or their representatives. The competent Ministry may send a representative to attend these negotiations as an observer. If they reach an agreement among themselves, that agreement must be registered with the competent Ministry within fifteen days in accordance with the rules issued by a decision of the Minister.
