Article 126 of Private Sector Labour Law

Formation of the Labour Disputes Conciliation Committee from: a- Two representatives selected by the trade union or the workers in dispute. b Two representatives selected by the employer or the employers in dispute. c - The chair of the committee and representatives of the competent Ministry, appointed by the competent Minister by a decision in which he shall also specify the number of representatives of the parties to the dispute. The committee may seek the opinion of whomever it deems appropriate in performing its task. At all the preceding stages, the competent Ministry may request the information it deems necessary to resolve the dispute.
