English translation
The arbitration panel for collective labour disputes shall be constituted as follows: 1 - One of the chambers of the Court of Appeal, designated annually by the General Assembly of that Court. 2 - A Chief Prosecutor delegated by the Public Prosecutor. - A representative of the competent Ministry appointed by its Minister, and the parties to the dispute or their legal representatives shall appear before the panel.

تشكل هيئة التحكيم في منازعات العمل الجماعية على النحو التالي:
1 - إحدى دوائر محكمة الاستئناف تعينها الجمعية العمومية لهذه المحكمة سنوياً.
۲ - رئيس نيابة ينتدبه النائب العام.
