English translation
The arbitration tribunal shall have all the powers of the Court of Appeal pursuant to the provisions of the Law on the Organization of the Judiciary or the provisions of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law. Its decisions shall state their reasons and shall have the status of judgments issued by the Court of Appeal.
