Article 133 of Private Sector Labour Law

The competent employees designated by the Minister, by a decision he issues, shall have the status of judicial Law Index 909 Home Page Private Sector Labour Law Law No. 6 of 2010 Concerning Labour in the Private Sector enforcement officers to monitor the implementation of this Law and its implementing regulations and decisions. These employees shall perform their duties faithfully, with integrity and impartiality, and shall undertake not to disclose the secrets of employers’ trades of which they become aware by virtue of their work. Each of them shall take the following oath before the Minister: “I swear by Almighty God to perform my work faithfully, impartially, with integrity and truthfully, and to maintain the confidentiality of the information of which I become aware by virtue of my work, even after the end of my service.”
