Article 134 of Private Sector Labour Law

The employees referred to in the preceding Article shall have the right to enter workplaces during the establishment's official working hours, inspect records and books, and request data and information relating to labour affairs. In doing so, they shall have the right to examine and take samples of materials in use for the purpose of analysis. They shall also have the right to enter places allocated by employers for worker services, and they may seek the assistance of the public force in carrying out their duties. They may also draw up violation reports against employers, grant them the necessary period to remedy the violation, and refer the violation reports to the competent court for imposition of the penalty stipulated in this Law.
