English translation
The arbitration tribunal shall hear the dispute within a period not exceeding twenty days from the date on which its papers reach the Registry Department. Each party to the dispute must be notified of the hearing date at least one week before it takes place, provided that the dispute is decided within a period not exceeding three months from the date of the first hearing held to consider it.

تنظر هيئة التحكيم المنازعة في ميعاد لا يتجاوز عشرين يوماً من تاريخ وصــول
أوراقها إلى إدارة الكتاب ويجب أن يعلن كل من طرفي النزاع بميعاد الجلسة قبل
انعقادها بمدة لا تقل عن أسبوع، على أن يتم الفصل في المنازعة خلال فترة لا تتجاوز
