English translation
The vocational apprentice and trainee worker shall, after the end of his education or training period, work for the employer for a period equal to the apprenticeship or training period, with a maximum of five years. If he breaches this obligation, the employer may recover from him the expenses incurred for his education or training in proportion to the remainder of the period required to be spent at work. يلتزم التلميذ المهني والعامل المتدرب بأن يعمل بعد انتهاء مدة تعليمـه أو تدريـبه
لدى صاحب العمل لمدة مماثلة لمدة التلمذة أو التدريب ويحد أقصى خمس سنوات.
فإذا أخل بهذا الالتزام كان لصاحب العمل أن يسترد منه المصروفات التي تحملها
