Article 15 of Private Sector Labour Law

Vocational training means the theoretical and practical means and programmes that provide workers with an opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills and acquire practical experience to refine their abilities, increase their productive efficiency, and prepare them for a particular occupation or retrain them for another occupation. Training shall take place in institutes, centres, or establishments that fulfil this purpose.
