English translation
Every person who has completed fifteen years of age and is under contract with the establishment for the purpose of learning a trade within a specified period, in accordance with the agreed conditions and rules, shall be considered a vocational apprentice. In matters for which no special provision is made in this Part, the provisions concerning the employment of juveniles contained in this Law shall apply to the female apprentice.
