English translation
A public authority with legal personality and an annexed budget shall be established, called )the Public Authority for Manpower(, supervised by the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour. It shall assume the competences assigned to the Ministry under this Law, as well as the recruitment of expatriate labour at the request of employers, and a law shall be promulgated regulating it. )2(

تنشــأ هيئــة عامــة ذات شــخصية إعتباريــة وميزانيــة ملحقــة تســمى )الهيئــة العامــة للقــوى
العاملــة( يشرف عليهــا وزيــر الشــئون الإجتماعية والعمــل، تتولى الإختصاصــات المقررة
للــوزارة في هــذا القانــون، وكذلــك إســتقدام العمالــة الوافــدة بنــاء على طلبــات أصحــاب
