English translation
The Ministry and the competent authority are prohibited from practising any discrimination or preferential treatment among employers in granting work permits or transfers by granting them to some and suspending them for others under any pretext or justification. The Ministry may, for organizational reasons, suspend the issuance of work permits and transfers for a period not exceeding two weeks per year, provided that some employers may not be exempted from this suspension to the exclusion of others during that period. Every act undertaken contrary to this Article shall be absolutely null and void and deemed never to have occurred. Chapter Two Apprenticeship and Vocational Training

يحظر على الوزارة والجهة المختصة أن تمارس أي تمييز أو تفضيل في المعاملة بين
أصحاب العمل في منح أذونات العمل أو التحويل وذلك بمنحها لبعضهم وإيقافها
للبعض الآخر تحت أي ذريعة أو مبرر، ويجوز للوزارة لأسباب تنظيمية أن توقف
إصدار أذونات العمل والتحويل لمدة لا تزيد على أسبوعين في السنة، على أنه لا
يجوز استثناء بعض أصحاب الأعمال من هذا الإيقاف دون غيرهم خلال هذه المدة.
ويعتبر باطلا بطلانا مطلقا وكأن لم يكن كل تصرف يجري على خلاف هذه المادة.Ask about this article
