Article 14 of Private Sector Labour Law

The employer may terminate the apprenticeship contract if the apprentice breaches his duties arising under the contract or if the periodic reports concerning him establish his lack of aptitude for learning. The apprentice may also terminate the contract. The party wishing to terminate the contract shall notify the other party of that intention at least 7 days in advance.
