Article 16 of Private Sector Labour Law

The Minister shall, in cooperation and coordination with the competent academic and professional bodies, determine the conditions and arrangements required for conducting vocational training programmes, the prescribed limits on the duration of training, the theoretical and practical programmes, the system of examinations, the certificates issued in this regard, and the particulars to be recorded therein. This decision may include an obligation on one or more establishments to train workers at the centres or institutes of another establishment if the first establishment has no training centre or institute.
