Article 7 of Private Sector Labour Law

The Minister shall issue decisions regulating the conditions for employing workers in the private sector, particularly the following: 1 - The conditions for transferring workers from one employer to another. 2 - The conditions for granting workers of one employer permission to work part-time for another employer. - The particulars that employers must notify the Ministry of concerning State employees authorized to work for employers outside government working hours. 4 - The positions, professions and jobs that may not be filled except after passing vocational tests in accordance with the rules established by the Ministry in coordination with the relevant entities.
