English translation
With permission from the Ministry, juveniles who have reached fifteen but have not reached eighteen may be employed subject to the following conditions: a - Their employment shall be in industries and occupations other than those that are hazardous or harmful to health, which shall be specified by a decision of the Minister. b - They shall undergo a medical examination before being engaged in work, thereafter at periodic intervals not exceeding six months. The Minister shall issue a decision specifying these industries and occupations and the procedures and times governing periodic medical examinations.

يجوز بإذن من الوزارة تشغيل الأحداث ممن بلغوا الخامسة عشرة ولم يبلغوا الثامنة
عشرة بالشروط التالية:
أ- أن يكون تشغليهم في غير الصناعات والمهن الخطرة أو المضرة بالصحة التي يصدر
بها قرار من الوزير.
ب - توقيع الكشف الطبي عليهم قبل إلحاقهم بالعمل بعد ذلك في فترات دورية لا
تجاوز ستة أشهر. ويصدر الوزير قرارا بتحديد هذه الصناعات والمهن والإجراءات
