Article 22 of Private Sector Labour Law

Women may not be employed at night during the period between ten in the evening and seven in the morning. Hospitals, sanatoriums, private treatment facilities and other establishments specified by a decision of the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour are excepted, provided that the employer, in all cases referred to in this Article, shall provide security requirements for them, together with means of transportation to and from the workplace. Working hours during the blessed month of Ramadan are also excepted from the provisions of this Article.
