English translation
A lawyer may not be investigated for an offence connected with his work except by the Public Prosecution. It shall notify the President of the Lawyers Association or his representative of the measures it has taken concerning the lawyer and the dates of the investigation. The President of the Association or his delegate may attend the investigation, and the Association may request copies of the investigation without fees.

لا يجــوز التحقيــق مــع محــام في جريمــة متصلــة بعملــه الا بمعرفــه النيابــة العامــة وعليهــا
اخطــار رئيــس جمعيــة المحــامين او مــن ينــوب عنــه بما اتخذته من اجــراءات بشــأن المحامي
ومواعيــد التحقيــق ولرئيــس الجمعيــة او مــن ينيبــه حضــور التحقيــق وللجمعيــة طلــب
