English translation
A lawyer who takes employment, ceases to practice the profession or undertakes work incompatible with this profession shall request the Lawyers' Admission Committee to transfer his name to the roll of non-practicing lawyers. He may request the said Committee to re-enter his name on the roll of practicing lawyers. In this case, the provisions of Articles 2, 4 and 5 of this Law shall apply.

على المحامي الذي توظف أو كف عن مزاولة المهنة أو التحق بعمل لا يتفق مع
هذه المهنة أن يطلب إلى لجنة قبول المحامين نقل اسمه إلى جدول المحامين غير
المشتغلين، وله أن يطلب إلى اللجنة المذكورة إعادة قيد اسمه بجدول المحامين
