Article 6 of Legal Profession Law

There shall be a general roll for practising lawyers in which their names, places of residence, and places of professional practice shall be entered in order of the date of registration. The following rolls shall be annexed to it: - a- A roll of trainee lawyers. b- A roll of lawyers admitted before the Court of First Instance. c- A roll of lawyers admitted before the Court of Appeal. d- A roll of lawyers admitted before the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation. A special roll shall also be established for non-practising lawyers. The foregoing rolls shall be kept at the headquarters of the Lawyers Association, and a copy thereof shall be placed at the premises of each court, with the Public Prosecutor, and at the Real Estate Registration and Notarization Department of the Ministry of Justice. A person whose name is entered on roll number (b) must have completed the training period. Registration on roll number (c) shall not be permitted until three years after registration on roll number (b). Likewise, registration on roll number (d) shall not be permitted until three years have elapsed since registration on the preceding roll. (5)
