Article 16 of Code of Civil Procedure

Where the law requires a litigant to designate their original domicile, place of work, or an elected domicile, and they fail to do so, or their particulars are incomplete or incorrect such that service upon them is not possible, all papers that could validly have been served upon them at their original domicile, place of work, or elected domicile may be served upon them at the Registry.
