English translation
A chosen domicile may be adopted for the performance of a particular legal act. It shall be the domicile for everything relating to that act unless it is expressly stipulated that it is limited to certain acts to the exclusion of others. The existence of a chosen domicile may be proved only in writing.

يجوز اتخاذ موطن مختار لتنفيذ عمل قانوني معين. ويكون هو الموطن بالنسبة لكل
