English translation
The domicile of a minor, a person under interdiction, a missing person, and an absent person shall be the domicile of the person legally representing them. The domicile of a legal person shall be the place where its administrative headquarters are located. Nevertheless, the place where one of its branches is located may be considered a domicile in respect of matters falling within that branch's activities. For a legal person whose principal headquarters are abroad and which conducts activities in Kuwait, the place where its local administration is located shall be considered its domicile in respect of those activities.

موطن القاصر والمحجور عليه والمفقود والغائب هو موطن من ينوب عنه قانوناً.
وموطن الشخص الاعتباري هو المكان الذي يوجد فيه مركز إداراته، ومع ذلك
يجوز اعتبار المكان الذي يوجد فيه أحد فروعه موطناً بالنسبة لما يدخل في نشاط
هذا الفرع والشخص الاعتباري الذي يكون مركزه الرئيسي في الخارج وله نشاط في
