In cases where the Council of Ministers decides to suspend or halt work in the State's public facilities to protect security, public peace or public health, as required by the supreme interest of the country, the period of suspension or stoppage shall not be counted within the procedural time limits prescribed in this Law, the Law of Criminal Procedure and Trials, and the Law on Cases and Procedures of Appeal in Cassation, provided that their calculation shall resume from the day designated by the Council of Ministers for the return to work. في الأحــوال التــي يقــرر فيهــا مجلــس الــوزراء تعطيــل أو وقــف العمــل في المرافــق العامــة
للدولــة حمايــة للأمــن أو الســلم العــام أو الصحــة العامــة والتــي تقتضيهــا المصلحــة العليا
للــبلاد، لا تحســب مــدة التعطيــل أو التوقــف ضمــن المواعيــد الإجرائية المنصــوص عليها
في هــذا القانــون وقانــون الإجــراءات والمحــاكمات الجزائيــة وقانــون حــالات الطعــن
