English translation
The provision of the preceding Article shall apply to arbitral awards issued in a foreign country. The arbitral award must have been issued in a matter that may be arbitrated under Kuwaiti law and must be enforceable in the country in which it was issued.

يكون حكم المحكمين صادرا في مسألة يجوز التحكيم فيها طبقا للقانون الكويتي
