English translation
Enforcement in Kuwait of judgments and orders issued in a foreign country may be ordered under the conditions prescribed in that country for the enforcement of judgments and orders issued in Kuwait. Exempted from these conditions are judgments and orders issued in favour of a Kuwaiti natural or legal person whose enforcement is sought against assets owned by a Kuwaiti natural or legal person.

يجــوز الامــر بتنفيــذ الأحــكام والأوامــر الصــادرة في بلــد أجنبــي في الكويــت بــالشروط
المقــررة في ذلــك البلــد لتنفيــذ الأحــكام والأوامــر الصــادرة في الكويــت ويســتثني مــن
هــذه الشروط الأحــكام والأوامــر الصــادرة لصالــح شــخص طبيعــي او اعتبــاري كويتي
