English translation
Fulfilment of the security requirement: In cases where a judgment or order may be enforced only upon provision of security, the person required to provide it shall have the choice of furnishing a solvent guarantor, depositing a sufficient sum or sufficient securities in the treasury of the Enforcement Department, or agreeing to deposit the proceeds of enforcement in the treasury of the Enforcement Department or to deliver the thing whose delivery is directed by the judgment or order to a trustworthy custodian.

في الأحوال التي لا يجوز فيها تنفيذ الحكم أو الأمر إلا بكفالة يكون للملزم بها
