English translation
Expedited enforcement by operation of law or by judgment of the court shall also extend to the accessories of the principal claim and to the costs of the action. It shall not be permissible, before the judgment is rendered, to agree that it shall be subject to expedited enforcement outside the cases in which such enforcement is permitted.

النفاذ المعجل بقوة القانون أو بحكم المحكمة يمتد أيضًا إلى ملحقات الطلب
