English translation
If the garnishee dies, loses his capacity, or ceases to have his status, or his representative ceases to have his status, the attaching creditor may serve the garnishee's heirs or the person taking his place with a copy of the attachment instrument and require them to declare what is owed within ten days of that requirement.

إذا توفي المحجوز لديه او فقد اهليته او زالت صفته او صفة من يمثله كان للحاجز
ان يعلن ورثة المحجوز لديه او من يقم مقامه بصورة من ورقة الحجز ويكلفهم
