Article 265 of Code of Civil Procedure

Within 7 days of attachment, the enforcement officer shall serve upon the debtor, the possessor and the real security surety a copy of the attachment application after endorsing it to indicate its registration and specifying the place, day and time of sale. Within the same period, he shall also serve this record upon the registered creditors referred to in the preceding Article. Upon service, these creditors shall become parties to the proceedings as attaching creditors. If any of them has died, service shall be made upon his heirs collectively at the domicile specified in the registration, provided that no more than 6 months have elapsed since the death.
