Article 268 of Code of Civil Procedure

The notice of sale shall include the following particulars: a - The full name, occupation, domicile and workplace of each of the attaching creditor, the debtor, and the possessor or real security guarantor. b - A description of the property as stated in the attachment application. c - The conditions of sale, the reserve price determined by the expert or broker, and the expenses. d - Identification of the court before which the sale will take place and the day and time of the auction. The attaching creditor, the debtor possessor, the real security guarantor and any interested party may obtain permission from the sales judge to publish additional notices of sale in newspapers and other media owing to the importance or nature of the property or other circumstances. Additional publication shall in no case result in postponement of the sale. No grievance may be lodged against the judge’s order in this regard.
