Article 264 of Code of Civil Procedure

The enforcement officer shall proceed, no later than the following day, to the Real Estate Registration and Authentication Department and register the application for attachment of the real property in that Department's registers. An endorsement to that effect shall be made on the application, specifying the date and time of registration, and an endorsement shall also specify the place, day and time of the sale, with due regard to the time limits referred to in Article 266. The enforcement officer shall obtain an official statement from the real estate register of the creditors holding registered rights and the domicile and place of business of each of them. Registration of the attachment application shall result in the real property being deemed attached.
