Article 261 of Code of Civil Procedure

Shares and bonds, if payable to bearer or transferable by endorsement, shall be attached in accordance with the procedures prescribed for attachment of movable property. The attachment of annuities, registered shares, shares of profits owed by legal persons, and the rights of limited partners shall be effected in accordance with the procedures prescribed for attachment of a debtor’s property held by third parties. Their attachment shall entail attachment of their fruits, both those already accrued and those accruing up to the day of sale.
