Article 258 of Code of Civil Procedure

The recovery action must be brought against the attaching creditor, the party whose property is attached and the intervening attaching creditors, and its statement of claim must contain a full statement of the evidence of ownership. Upon submitting the statement of claim to the Registry, the plaintiff must deposit any documents he may have; otherwise, upon the request of any defendant, judgment must be rendered to continue enforcement without awaiting determination of the action. This judgment may not be challenged.
