660 Home Page Code of Procedure Decree-Law No. 38 of 1980 Promulgating the Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure If an action for recovery of the attached items is brought, the sale shall be stayed unless the judge of urgent matters rules that execution shall continue, subject to deposit of the price or without it.
