English translation
If the successful bidder does not pay the price immediately, the sale must be repeated at his risk in the foregoing manner, at whatever price, and he shall be liable for any shortfall in the price. The sale report shall constitute a writ of execution against him for the difference in price. He shall have no right to any increase in the price; rather, the debtor and his creditors shall be entitled to it.

إذا لم يدفع الراسي عليه المزاد الثمن فورا وجب اعادة البيع على ذمته بالطريقة
المتقدمة بأي ثمن كان ويلزم بما ينقص من الثمن، ويعتبر محضر البيع سندا تنفيذيا
بفرق الثمن بالنسبة اليه ، ولا يكون له حق في اية زيادة في الثمن بل يستحقها
