The value of compensation actions arising from civil liability brought against the air carrier shall be assessed in the equivalent of Special Drawing Rights units, at their equivalent in Kuwaiti dinars according to the valuation adopted by the International Monetary Fund on the day the action is brought. This assessment shall not include any change in the value of the units occurring after the action is brought. )2(

تقــدر قيمــة دعــاوى التعويــض الناتجــة عــن المســؤولية المدنيــة التــي ترفــع على الناقــل
الجــوي بمقابــل وحــدات حقــوق الســحب الخاصــة ، بما يعــادلها بالدينــار الكويتــي وفــق
التقويــم المعتمــد مــن صنــدوق النقــد الــدولي في يــوم رفــع الدعــوى.
