English translation
If the action concerns a claim that cannot be valued according to the foregoing rules, its value shall be deemed to exceed five thousand dinars.

إذا كانــت الدعــوى بطلــب غير قابــل للتقديــر بحســب القواعــد المتقدمــة اعــتبرت قيمتها
